Looking for thermostat

I'm looking for a dimming or proportional thermostat
maybe a multiple cage thermostat

any link to US/CAnada pages where I could by one?
it should work on 120vAC 60hz

Grant at Port Credit can probably order Helix thermostats for you. (www.portcreditpets.com). Also, Grant VG was raving about a multi-cage thermostat that he is currently using. I believe that he has some ads in the classifieds.

US:
You can try Big Apple Herp, like crazyboy just recommended, or Helix (www.helixcontrols.com), The Bean Farm (www.beanfarm.com), to name a few off the top of my head.

Keep in mind that dimming thermostats differ from pulse proportional thermostats. If you are using bulbs to heat the incubator or enclosure, you'll want the dimming thermostats, whereas pulse proportional is used with heat mats.
