What a coincidence, we just had a huge shipment of used ones smuggled into the U.S.

People in Arizona don't steal our garbage cans. They just run into them with their cars and send s**t flying. It's a real pain cleaning up the mess. I was thinking about filling one with concrete just to see what would happen. Probably get arrested for creating a public hazard. Hey, I had a pair of fuzzy dice stolen from my car mirror. Now that's just pathetic. (Hey, they were a gift!)

Actually, I watched on TV a while back how an older man had done this.......
Some punks (young kids) were smashing his mailbox and smashing his garbage can with their car a few times a month. He had taken some video of it after a few times and getting so pi$$ed about it, but I believe got nowhere with it. So he gets this idear.
He redoes his mailbox, again, but this time made the support beam with solid steel pole, and concealed that to make it look as if the whole thing were made from wood. He then also takes his garbage can a filled it a good will cement. That is one heavy thing to contend with.
So here come the youngins later on a few days... This time he had video taped it as well. Just watching the kids smashing the mailbox was great. Bet it hurt like hell. Then here comes this car to plow through the garbage can...and WHAM!!! Car comes to a sudden stop. Kids hitting the windshield...dismay everywhere. If I can remember, a few kids had bailed out of the car while limping to get away...LMAO. Just to see the look on their faces as they hit the can would have been priceless....
It turns out it had been a few groups of kids, as I remember a few cars coming around trying to destroy his property ever so often. The whole problem came to an end. Smart ol' man he was. I do think he got in a bit of trouble for that though.

Never? You missed out...
Between the years of the 4th and 6th grade, my friends, brother and I would make a trip to the town Christmas tree one night. This was years ago when I lived in Colorado.
The tree was on the property of the town bank on a corner downtown. There was a small 3 foot brick wall running around the bank along the sidewalk. We would all take as many of the lights as we could reach, and place them in a small container. We would hide behind the wall and toss lights out at traffic and people walking out at night. Some people would walk by, then would come...BOOM BOOM BANG CRASH BOOM BANG.....startled the hell out of them. Cars were the funnest though. I remember we took a bunch of these lights on one of the buildings roofs nearby and threw them down at cars one year...LMAO... Folks would brake hard..jump out and look everywhere for us and scream like mad. We had the greatest time of the winter laughing our asses off like crazy.

When I was a kid we just blew stuff up.
Those were the good old days.
And we painted our house number on the blue box and no one touched it

Oh man, that's so lame. Maybe there's someone out there that's building a fort out of blue boxes. *L*
