eating way more....

my cham wasnt eatign too well all winter. just had small poops. mostly used just butters and a few crks and supers. but now that summer is aprouching i can barely keep his bowl full.

anyone notice thsi aswell. neat hwo animals can jstu tell

My guys go through spirts, they will eat the regular amout and then will go on a one month feeding frenzie they do this about 3-4 times a year. I mostly notice this in the males which is cool cuz u dotn have to worrie about weight soo much.

During the winter months, the cold keeps the reptiles metabolism down, and therefore they eat a lot less. When the warmer weather comes, the metabolism speeds up, and the reptiles eat more.

mmm its more then temp. my reptile room is usually around 23 celcius and usually is cooler then that in teh summer.

Its more of a seasonal eating pattern, but it is easily associated with the weather as it changes from summer to winter to summer.
