the drunk guy

I heard this joke today:
A police officer finds a drunk guy out in the streets and tells him "sir, that's not a proper way to be out here. Go home." The drunk gives him a cold stare and replies "yeah?!and you go get a decent haircut, bozo!" The officer waits no more and brings the drunk guy down to the station.
Once there he lets the chief know about it "Chief, this stupid drunk guy insulted me. He told me to get a haircut."
"was this true, sir" the chief asks
"go fu#$ yourself" the drunks replies.
They decide to throw him behind bars. Since he's too drunk to fill the forms, the officers check his wallet for some i.d. That's when they find out that the guy is the president.
"Oh my god" the chief says "He's the president. He's our boss, what do we do now?"
"well chief, i don't know about you. I'll go get a haircut now..."

The point of the joke is that the guy they arrested was the president of the nation. The cops should, in fact, obey to him.
One of the officers decided to take the order (get a haircut). Can you remember what he ordered the other?
