I have heard alot of possitive things about them. I am trying to get an appointment to see them. I am trying to decide between them and Visions. I do not like buying w/o having seen something first.

My honest opinion on the cages is that they look spectacular.
They are Functional and colorful too.
My biggest problem with the cages is that they are way to expensive. I would rather purchase a neodesha cage with the prices the boaphile cages go, I'm not sure but I'm fairly positive for the price you pay you can get a larger neodesha enclosure for less cash.

maybe I don't know but here's an excerpt from their website.

"

Providing All Your Needs For Reptile And Small Animal Propagation

Going Out of Business!!

Neodesha Plastics, Inc., the parent company of Bush Herpetological Supply, has made the decision to close Bush Herpetological Supply. Bush has had great success over the years, but in the last five years there has not been enough time to devote to Bush to allow it to keep its market share. We now feel that we can use the space and the employees in more profitable endeavors.

We will be accepting orders thru September, 2002, but we are discontinuing our merchandise as it runs out of stock. This web site is being updated daily to keep the list of available inventory as current as possible. The sale prices for all qualified items are also shown inside.

Please contact us with any questions. We have appreciated your business and support throughout the years.

Sincerely,

Bush Herpetological Supply

Yea bush herp is going out of business but they are not the only resellers of Neodesha plastics... Since Neodesha plastics is still in business and I have not seen any of their other resellers close their doors yet. So as far as I know Neodesha cages will still be available after bush herp closes.

I beleive that neodesha plastics didn't see enough revenue comming in from the full fledged herp store as expected and decided that it was not profitable enough to maintain a store front.

baphile

the boaphile cages weigh only 23lbs for a 4' cage and can expand up to 8' or more. A 4' cage is $199 shipped!!

Yup..$199.00 shiped!..by the time you do the exchange rate, pluss add on the brokerage fee you will be looking at $400.00 pluss, for one cage by the time it gets to you.Depending on your location.

I'm in michigan and am considering ordering some of the boaphile cages in the next month or 2. I like the expandable cages, and thought they might be good for my burm, since i can just make the cage bigger as she gets bigger. however the 2 foot depth seems kinda small. but I'd be happy to help anyone wanting to get one. (I live about half way between the 2 border crossings from michgian to canada)

I had asked them to give me a canadian price for a cage with a built-in florescent and heat tape built in the cage in a special compartment on the bottom. The sales manager told me he would get back to me but it's been three weeks.
