not 100% sure, but I think they lack the fracture planes (I think that's what they're called) that some other lizards have...so no tail dropping, at least not that I've ever heard of

You can still injure them if you grab them by the tail, though. A firm grip around the base of the tail is okay, but don't go dragging them out of places by the ends of their tails.
Oh, I know that. I'm not that thick, especially when it comes down to lizards. I just don't want my lizard escaping when I'm say, trying to clip it's nails.
