feeding question.

how much is too much? i have a female BP, hatched in august and she WONT STOP EATING. her bowel movements are regular as well. I fed her last friday night and today she's prowling around looking for food and she was last night as well. should i feed her now and risk power feeding her or wait until tomorrow or later? She's eating hopper rats, and they leave quite the lump so i doubt its the food size that's bothering her...

Sounds like quite the breeder you'll have soon... as for the feeding, you should probably get a feeding schedule and stick to it. maybe 1 large rat every 7-8 days or so...

Is she actually hunting or just active @ night? How can you/we know. As long as the lump from the previous feeding has dissipated you could safely feed every 4-5 days while she is still growing.
