If I didn't know any better, I'd say she looked perfect. So soon after major surgery she already looks so much better than many of the pics people post of their "kewl" new ig they just got from somebody.

She looks great! Roxy is always slim, actually she looks to be skinnier than your lady there! She looks great for just having surgery!

Thanks guys. I suffer the overprotective, over paranoid, etc. syndrome. She's so scrawny compared to when I first got her. But too, I'm one of those people, I believe the picture of health in everyone is to have a little meat on em....animals/people/whatever. Not overweight, but well built. I would like to see Lar hit about 5lbs. On her surgery date, she was 3.3lbs. I don't want to take her back yet to weigh her because it stresses her out. Right now I don't want anything to mess with her recovery. So I'm holding off on vet visits.

Thanks for looking, and comments. I'm very proud of my fighter.

Over 3 pounds is great for a female, remember they don't suffer from testosterone poisoning so burly and big isn't really their style. Lean and mean is pretty in green.

really? 3lbs is good for a 42" iggy?

hmmmm...perhaps I should nevermind the actual weight and just watch her recover eh. I guess too, she'll weigh what she's gonna weigh....it's not like I have a choice in the matter LOL..

thanks

My Gizmo was 49 inches and 3.8 pounds and the vets were ecstatic over her. Girls don't grow as bulky muscles as boys do so they don't pack on the poundage. As long as the thighs are curvy and the tail is round the number on the scale isn't that big a deal.

Glad to hear she's recovering nicely. She (and you) went thru the wringer on this one.

She looks beautiful to me!
