i think one of my ball pythons might be pregnat but i dont know for sure how could i tell and if so what sould i do thanks

You won't know until she is ovulating, at which point she will release her follicles from her ovaries down into her oviducts. At this point, the follicles will be fertilized by the sperm and begin to develop by starting to shell. There will be a pronounced bulge in her middle to about 2/3 of her body length, she'll look like she ate a huge meal.
