I've never heard of a milk frog, do you mean a mink frog? What is the latin name?

I was not abe to find a good caresheet on these guys but the care can't be too different from peacock treefrogs. Feed them 3/4 crickets 3x a week... 3-5 at a time. Dust them with calcium once a week. Give them 12 hours of UVB light and 12 hours without it. Mist their enclosure ferociously twice or thrice a day. Provide them with a shallow water bowl for soaking and lots of plants, branches, and corkbark. Give the frogs 5 gal. of space each.
