puprple spots????

my friend just bought an albino burmese. When he first brought it home he noticed a little purple spot and didnt think anything of it.... we thought it was a brooze. 2 weeks have passed and the little purple mark has darkened in colour and spread almost all the way down its body... what the hell is up wit dis snake?

where you from i know a realy awesome snake vet that helped me out months ago with an apsece no my hogg islands nose...he's great my snakes go every 6months for check ups
