Breeding Tockays>>
Are they easy to breed?? And how ,many eggs they produce, 1-2?

They are fairly easy to breed. I find that you need the temps and humidity just right for them, they are a little picky. The important thing is to BE SURE the female is fat enough, otherwise there could be some trouble. They lay 2 eggs.

cool!...pretty much like most geckos. I have an adult female. I better contact the importer that i take herps from, for 1.1 extra Tockays

Yeah I learned that the hard way, I had the back of my hand shredded my by 13 inch adult male.

I handle mine
I handle my tokays all the time I have never been itten but came seriosly close a couple of times. I got mine at the last port credit show and one of them seems to be tame. although she has been messed up a bit(scars, lost tail, etc) she is my absolute favorite. The trick to grabbing them is to put something over their heads so they don't see you then grabbing them by the shoulder-neck area so they can't turn around and bite. Just be sure not to walk into anyone!

There is a difference in handling and grabbing.
I don't think that someone can handle tockays.
If i want to grab mine i know how to do it but i cannot handle her like i am doing with my snakes.
If yours is tame maybe that animal is sick or very old. Tockays are one of those lizards (geckos) that cannot be handled.

i have 1.1 tokays and have olny have had them together for about a week now (the males tim and julie banighans) o and i know they stick there eggs so what do you guys use to incubate them i know you put a cup over the eggs but what else
