I dont' know what to say. If the vet said your snake is healthy, then why not believe the vet. Thats what they do.
My bp had been acting a little wierd the last week or so, then she had a big poop, and now she is back to her normal, active, curious self.
What is your snake actually DOING to makes you think something isn't right?

Perhaps a second opinion from a different vet would help?

we dont have many vets here...:S well there are enough vets but not enough vets treat reptiles
and I have no clue why the others died... the first one... died a few days after I got her.. and the other.. I dunno that animal was just sick...
I doubt that its the water... all my other animals get the same ( well out of the same tap :P ) and never been ill

perhaps it is where you are getting them from. thats terrible. Its hard to have an animal die, even harder to lose 2 in a row. Maybe you are just being overly worried because of your past experiences. Have all your snakes come from the same place?

no... one ball and my gtp are from a breeder.. but simon.. and the 2 who died were from a pet store... I am never going there again.. had a fight with them... all the snakes have mites .. its just horrible
anyhow.. the first snake that died... my dad got it from there for only 5 euro... they wanted to get rid of it..so we just tried to get it alright.. but that little guy was so weak... when he died my dad went back there.. 2 say it.. and without asking they gave him an other snake :S who was also sick... and again when that one died ( there is a looooong story between that but... well its alot of type work ) and again my dad got an other one... sick again... ( simon )
Though this time we got him back on track... he started feeding on its own.. and shedded really well and all..
maybe your right, maybe I am just a bit overly worried, we'll see

Whats wierd is, my snakes not eating either. Coincidence? Probably not. There are two things that could be affecting your snake: 1. Its pre-mating season. 2. Baby
Ball Pythons are notorious for starving themselves.
1. Many snakes do not eat in the "pre-rut" just give it some time.
2. See a vet about force-feeding. After
one or two of those, s/he should get back to normal eating habits.

You do not need to worry about force feeding a snake after only 14 days. sometimes ball pythons go 6-7-8 months without feeding.
the thing you need to watch for is if it is losing weight. and if it is you need to get it to a vet then.
And there is no way a snake is going to start losing weight after 14 days.

Force feeding should be your last resort.

Maybe keeping it away from the cell phone would make it feel better. If you get 2 sick snakes from the same place, maybe it's time to get them from a different place?

Have you had a fecal done? Rapid weight loss, head shaking, etc is NOT normal. Sounds like either a parasitic or bacterial infection to me.

Way too soon for that. This should be only a last resort. Forcefeeding is highly stressful on animals, and balls are already easily stressed, and often stress is the reason behind their refusal to feed. Forcefeeding can make the situation much worse, instead of getting it back in to "normal habits".

Ya find another vet and have a fecal done, if you think she's under weight it could be because of worms....parasites....anything......my little female is 25 inches and she is about 5-6 months old......and about 1/2 of a pound....
