Hogg Island Breeders??

I finally got into boas and love the morphs but really love the Hogg Island boas with their natural hypomelanism and I love that they can change colors at certain times of the day or nite.

I finally purchased my first pair. The female will be shipped to me from Florida this coming Tuesday and the male will be coming from Pennsylvania after he has his third meal. The female is from the Dennis Black line and the breeder who has the male can't remember what line he has because he's had the parents for so long. He is guaranteeing that they are purebred and that they are of the powder blue lineage/color. He's referred me to a breeder in Tennessee so I'm guessing if I wanted something compatible to breed to my male (to keep them blue), I should try and find this guy.

My goal is to complete a small colony of 2.4 Hoggs and I want to create my own line by combining some of the best lines/animals. I plan on breeding those with the least amount of speckling, staying in the blue, pink or vanilla phases. As much as I can possibly find some of the 'known' Hogg boas here in the US, I was wondering if any Canadians are breeding Hoggs in the pink, vanilla or blue phases and who can send to me here in California/Los Angeles area for a reasonable price. ls there anyone out there?

I'm interested in Canadian breeders as well.
Hoggs are the best IMHO. My guy can go from a dark grey and pink to ghostly pale(almost white when I check on him in the morning). I aquired mine through a pet store (blah), but I got a good deal ( I think), I traded them a yearling female ball python and a ghost corn . I think I got the better deal
This is the beggining of my trio, hopefully the rest will follow next year, I have too many bills to pay, tattoos to get, and school clothes to buy for my little man A single mom can't do it all........at once:thumbsup:
