my cham isnt eating much

iv had my veild chameleon for abot 2 years and wenever i put food in his cage he would run right after the and eat them all in abut 5 min but in the past month or so wenever i put food in he dosent eat but wen i come back to water him the crickets are gone but wenever i put food in and wait to watch him eat he wont eat maybe its stress but i dont no so if u no tell me

As long as he's eating and getting a wide variety of prey insects daily I probably wouldn't worry too much. Some of my guys are shy and won't eat in my presence either. Have you changed the cage furniture in his enclosure and anything in his immediate surroundings that might be bothering him? Some of these guys are sensitive to things like that.

Again, as long as he does eat and doesn't loose weight, personally I wouldn't be too alarmed.
