Allowed to discuss sales experiences?

I thought I saw a post on this a while back. Are we allowed to discuss bad experiences with certain businesses, or is ssnakess worried about liability?

I recently had an experience with a breeder that I would like to discuss, but I don't want to bother if my post is just going to get removed.

What exactly is the policy on this because I don't want to be a trouble maker. I can just leave out the names, like in MadLibs, I can do that too, but I don't think there would really be as much of a reason to do so but to vent.

Liability is an issue. You can vent but not name names. There is another forum that has a BOI for such stuff but it's mainly a flame war.
