First Meal!!

Wow, after 2 excrutiating months, my albino burmese at his first meal. He gave me some problems. I tried every week for 5 weeks straight, didnt eat. I tried hopper first, then every other time i tried rat pups, f/t, prekilled. Wouldnt eat for the world. Didnt hold him for the past two weeks (which is very hard when you have something as gorgeous as this in your room) and i i tried to get my other snakes onto prekilled. My boa was a success and the my reg burm didnt go for it, and of course the albino didnt want anything to do with food. So i stopped at the petstore and was talking to a friend, i told him about my troubles and he said to bring him in and he will try to feed him. So i told him i would sometime this week. So i picked up a mouse for my reg burm and brought it home and figured what the heck, threw it in with the albino and in 3 seconds WHAMMO, ate him right up. I am so proud!!

Yah, you dont know how much of a load off my mind it is to get her eating. No worries tho, they she will be on prekilled soon enough. I tried prekilled with my reg burm but didnt take it. We'll try again next week.

Congrats, a snake that doesnt eat can be a bit stressful, now hopefully your burm starts eating and turns into a monster
