two questions...

1) When it says site supporter on top of somones name how do you get that...is that from posting a lot?
2) Also what does a moderator do?

3) Is there a uromastyx forum on this site?? causs i would really want one.
4) Where would i place my tegu questions...the varanid forum? or just the lizard forum?

1) Nope... You can either donate $ (click on the credit card icon on the first page) or buy a photohosting account (you can have more pics in your gallery).
2) They moderate lol, they make sure everything goes smoothly, warn members violating the TOS, remove bad threads etc.
3) No, there isn't. There aren't really enough uromastyx keepers to dedicate an entire forum to it. If there started to be a LOT of uro talk in the general lizard forum, a uro forum could be made then.
4) Well, either way would probably be okay. I'd go with the monitor forum if your question is more specific, and in the lizard forum if your question is more general.
