Videos?

I saw a while back someone posted a video. I have lots of videos of my animals on my comp, and was wondering how i would post them. I was thinking because they range from 1-6 mb they may be too big. Any help?

The way i post mine is upload them to my webserver and then put a link here. I have seen some one manage to go one step further and instead of a link put some html code into the post so the movie was displayed in the post. Unfortunetly I forgot to copy the code down. I think it was JD@snakes that did it.
