DSS satellite

Does anyone in here use and/or deal with DSS, (direcTV)? Does anyone program their own cards? Let me know as I need some help getting started here. Thanks guys.

Yep well me i guess.... but i havent bothereed with much of it after all the blakc sunday stuff and the fact that theyre cutting off the H and HU stream shortly.. well not the HU because they have a problem with theyre new cards............. so what do ya need to know?

Yep i program my own direct tv card and a couple for friends of mine.I dont know about the H or HU cards being shut down the new card its called P4 card in the usa i believe all it is , is a HU card with a few tweeks no biggie.
What do you need help with ?

there was a few problems with it so they might be going back to Hu... its weird.. but the goal of the P4 is to shut down the H and HU

I am looking to start programming my own card. I need to know what hardware is the best to get. And also what software do I need. Is HU extreme 3.0 alright? I also need to buy scripts from someone. Thanks guys.

u shouldnt need to pay for ne thing! thats what the net is for! when u find out what all u need for program wise let me know via PM and i will try to hunt it down!
