Heating pad question

I was wondering about what size heating pad to use for a 29 gal. Would the zoo med 30-40 gallon pad work...which is 8x12 i think? I havent had much time to research this, just got the cage today at a petco dollar per gallon sale. btw...a hogg island boa is whats going in the cage.

thanks a lot

you could probably use the heat pad. you probably want 1/3 coverage with the heat pad. what are the dimensions of the tank? You may need to use a rheostat to lower the temp of the tank
