Crested gecko feeding

I've had my crestie for a year and a half and was wondering since he is an adult now how many times a week should I feed him crickets and how many and how many crickets to feed him and how many times a week to feed him repashy insect paste. Thanks for your help

I feed my adults 3 or 4 times a week the repashy/pangea crested diets.

I feed crickets to my adults very rarely and for a single adult crested, I'd likely just offer 6 medium to large crickets.
