The difference is huge, brazilian rainbow boas get a good bit larger, and are red with black patterning. Colombian rainbow boas are smaller and brown, and typically by the time they're an adult they've lost almost all pattern. Venezuelan rainbow boas I don't know much about however it seems like they're also brown but might keep their patterning a little better than colombians. Care between BRB's and CRB's is pretty much identical, BRB's will need more space and are a little more sensitive to higher temps and low humidity.
