Ya mate you should have put up a normal retic or even better ball python....

I would have thought even a dumb Burm could construct a a better sentence than you though given the number of grammatical and syntactical errors in your last few posts pantyhose...

Panntyman, there's no reason to say things like that. Not everyone likes the same snakes, that's what makes this hobby great. Burmese and retics are both amazing

So true, I think that the best looking reptiles are produced by nature, normals are by far the best imo bit any naturally ocruring morphs are also pretty sweet, I draw the line when you have something like albino lighting pied het caramel idk

nor sure if its any smarter, they certainly have a higher metabolism but if you heat any snake (raise their basking temp over a hundred, which is quite common in the wild) up they'll act similar to a retic or a colubrid

Thank you for pointing that out. Many of the keepers who have "nippy" snakes actually offer proper HOT basking spots. Any exothermic animal will be "tame" (lethargic) when not offered the proper basking temps.
