I took my snake to the dentist, I was in shock when he said this to me,
Your snake's teeth are great but his gums have to come out LOL

The snake's teeth are in great shape but alas, since his gums have to come out it doesn't matter. It's supposed to be funny because you don't ever actually have to take someone's gums out.
My dentist tried that one on me once. "Your teeth look great. Too bad I have to pull your gums." Har har har.

Danny, think of it as a dad joke. You know your dad (anyone's dad really) makes really bad jokes/puns that he thinks are laugh out loud but they mostly just make you groan. This is a dad joke.
