Unexpected Gecko

Hey all!

Some of you may remember when I moved I mentioned that the movers caused the death of one of my cresteds. Thisleft 2 empty spaces...one in my heart ..and one in an enclosure.

We all know what happens when we have an empty enclosure...the need to fill it!

Now, I didn't get another crested this time as I have been wanting to branch out into other species. While a leachie would be awesome, I just couldn't say no to this little one since I have also been wanting an orange stripe gargoyle anyway, and this 'huy' just happened to be on sale at the local Petco (who always have super nice enclosures, clean, and no health issues visible).

It's a bit feisty as it peed on me and bit me when I held ot in the store, but it has also already started eating for me too. I have good vibes about this one!

Pics are of it fired up and fired down. =)

Re: Unexpected Gecko

Thanks! And I think so too! It's why I just couldn't say no, even if it was at a petstore. There were a few others to choose from, but this one was the best IMO. =)

Re: Unexpected Gecko

Congrats! I like the dual striping on the back of him. It makes me think he has a cape on. Haha.
