Beautiful snake

This beauty was in a tree outside my office. I live in Central Texas. Copperhead pit viper I assume... Hoping to learn more about snakes.

Very pretty copperhead . Never seen one in a tree before. I lived in north Georgia for sometime and ran into a few of these. One of the most beautiful snakes in North America.

They are so nice looking. If I was ever tempted to keep hots, this one catches my eye every time. Great picture.

wow! you must work out in the woods! people around here would scatter if a snake appeared outside their window. all they get is an occaisonal pidgeon.
