Re: all i need to know about getting a jumgle python
Hi
again...
I haven't handled medusa for around a week and today I tried to pick her up and even me touching her made her try and strike at me, any advice ?
thanks
Re: all i need to know about getting a jumgle python
Sir- I usually don't handle new arrivals until they've eaten for me 2-3 times unless it's for cage maintenance. Now you just have to get in there and tame the little beastie. She might be a little nippy right now but once she realizes you're not going to eat her, she can't hurt you, and that you are in fact the bringer of food, water and heat she'll most likely calm down pretty quickly. The bites don't hurt so don't be intimidated by her. If you want to play it really safe you can always use a pair of gloves. Best wishes bud. Keep us posted.
