Lice shampoo for mites

Yep, these little black blood-suckers have reared their ugly heads again. I know "NIX" is a common treatment, but I've bought "RID."

The formula I have is to mix 56g (59ml) of the NIX (1% permethrin) into 1 gallon of water. The RID is .33% pyrethrins.

Can anyone tell me how much water to mix into the 6 oz (177ml) bottle of RID?

Thanks.

I would do 1 part RID 10 parts water (same for NIX), so 60 ozs of water. Actually what I would do to make it easy is get a 2 liter bottle/jug, dump the RID in and fill the rest with water, you'll have 61 oz of water unless you spill some rid (2L is about 67 oz).

Yup! No problem bud. FYI spray bottle nozzles will screw on to 2 liter bottles. Same cap and everything.
