Shipping Jamaican Boas

Is there anyway to ship these between states with a special permit or something? It must be quite difficult because everyone says in-state sales only. They didn't make my short list of snakes to get, but I thought it was curious that there seems to be no exemption.

Breeders can only sell to people in state like with Indigo's. You'll have to find one in state. I am pretty sure you can't even get permits to ship interstate like with Burmese and Yellow anacondas.

Jamaican Boas aren't on any list that I'm aware of. No shipping exceptions are currently available for commercial sales of animals on the Lacey Act, but Jamaican Boas aren't on that list. It's probably just lazy breeders.
