I was holding my snake (Common Boa) today and after I was finish I notice two belly scales in my hand...why would that be?, Pre shed ? Thanks in advance for any and all replies. There is no redness, blistering or discoloration.

Re: scales

Sound like skin that didn't come off when it shed, if there is no redness or discoloration I wouldn't really worry about it but if that's the case you may want to crank up the humidity some more, that will help with shedding
