Baby #16 (Female)

This little gal, who comes from Group #2, is an eager explorer, who during my last grading session would simply not stay put in her drawer, but kept trying to either head off for parts unknown or visit her neighbors (mind if I try your water bowl?). She is otherwise a perfectly normal baby Brazilian.

Eight Weeks (Second Shed)

The formal profile series. One from the right side…

One from the top…

And a closeup shot….

As of last weigh-in, she measured 35 grams.

Baby #19 (Male)

This little guy, who comes from Group #3, has a bizarre side pattern -- many itty bitty side ocelli on his front end, and several ocelli whose black centers link with and bleed into the small black dots along a Brazilian’s based on his tail end.

Baby #20 (Female)

This little lady, who comes from Group #2, is one tough cookie: despite being born with a retained yolk, she not only pulled through, she made up for a 10% early weight handicap to pass several of her littermates’ weights. She has a crowded dorsal pattern, which should show lots of highlight color as adult. She has notable blushing in her dorsal spots, and a very faint stripe of darker color along her dorsal line. Her sides have rich fat crescents.
