ahah the rock python....

Although I don't think that's a speckled kingsnake in post 14. I've seen quite a few... it looks more like some sort of brooks or florida variant.

MBK's are overall very docile but curious and lot's of personality if snakes have personalities lol. I love my female. By far my fav! She loves to get out of her enclosure and will crawl right onto my hands.

Anything is possible. That is what it was sold as. With so many cross breeds and morphs, it hard to tell any more.

I think so too. My says I have enough. Although I do get rescues in all the time as we run snake rescue. A lot of what you see here are rescues.

No, he is pissed about everything. Meanest snake I have ever owned. At feeding time he grabs the rat from me and then throws it aside so he can still try and bite me. He will eat the rat later. He is the star of the show we perform, because he never lets us down. I can always count on him to try and bite me and he will break a balloon every time. I use him to let the kids know that every snake is not a nice calm snake and that is why they should not be picking up snakes in the wild. I realized that in my shows I was only showing snakes in a positive light and that was not reality. Being an educator I need to show snakes as they really are, and that means showing some snakes that are nasty as well as showing the calm and nice snakes.
Rock is a favorite of the photographers, because he never has his mouth shut and he likes to show off his pearly whites. LOL
