Reptile room in progress.
We bought a house back in March and these pictures were taken about a week and a half after we got moved in. Just realized I'd never shared these pictures on this forum. So I just lifted the pictures and descriptions from a forum that I posted them in when I took them, it's changed quite a bit over the months. Need to take some new ones soon.
We are going to get one more large rack to put next to this one eventually.
Pardon the mess, still have supplies and stuff to organize and put away.
We are going to put two smaller baby racks in the middle of the room at some point. Also want to replace the carpet with a nice industrial carpet in time.

Re: Reptile room in progress.
Then these were taken a week or two later.
And just for fun, here is the door to the reptile room.
And we just put two baby racks up to see how it will look, can see the mess much more in this picture though.

Do you not use lighting or do you just leave the light on during the day?

Nice. I hope one day I can have a room like this. Do you label whats in each enclosure?

Re: Reptile room in progress.
Yeah, so far none of the critters in there are very light sensitive, so there is a timer on the overhead light for a photo period but no one has lights on their cages.
And yes, at the moment the cages have the animal's name and the common name for their species, so far only a few also have the scientific name as well but eventually want to get that put on everyone's cage too.
Have some more pictures that were taken about a month and a half ago I'll have to post in a bit.

That is awesome. I can't believe there's something like that in Poky. I get so disgusted going to McKees. Do you allow visitors? I'm not far from you.

It's always great to see a fellow Idahoan on the reptile interwebs! I'd swear it often seems like everyone in Idaho is stuck in the dark ages when it comes to reptiles! Are you on Facebook? I created an Idaho reptile group on there recently if you'd like to join.

Yeah, we might allow visitors, just not immediately. My OCD barely let me post these not perfect pictures of the reptile room. At the moment it looks like a cyclone hit it, so no visitors!
