Hey, i found this snake near my house .. Any help to identify it?

I think it is a False Fer de Lance or Xenodon rabdocephalus

It's not a False Fer-de-Lance... The markings are far too regular and defined, and the head shape looks wrong.

To me it looks like some species of Cat-eyed Snake, (Leptodeira sp.) which are also rear-fanged.

Whatever it is, don't touch it unless you know for sure 100% it is not venomous. I know by your first pic that it is too late for this particular case, but for the future...

Just looked that up. Seems you have the best ID so far.

Mildly venomous from what I've read.
