Watch me put a hat on this wild hawk

I ...found this wild red tail hawk today...so I er...kinda dressed it up with a hat that I made and hung out with it. Don't ask me how it let me do this without biting my face off. I must be some sort of crocodile hunter hawk whisperer.

Wait till you see the one that I didn't turn into a stupid joke video. Awesome footage of it eating and letting me pet it.

That was funny as hell...but I don't think the hawk liked it much. I am not a big Corona fan either

Hahaha thanks. I'm not a huge corona fan either. That hawk was free to leave whenever he felt like it haha

That was hilarious, and amazing. I'm shocked that that hawk let you get that close. I couldn't see in the video, but did he have a band on his leg that would indicate he belonged to a falconry? It seems odd that a wild animal stayed around for all that if he didn't have prior experience with humans.

Still, amazing! I adore birds of prey. I seem to have a way with cockatoos....every one I've met at the sanctuary where I volunteer snuggles with me and follows me around the room. <3

Right? This was like the most random video ever. The look the hawk was giving you had me rolling. Total "Dude, WTH" moment.

Re: Watch me put a hat on this wild hawk

Bahahaha. Ok about the hat. I made it. I wa practicing weaving baskets out of jute twine and my friends daughter put one of them on her head like a hat so now it's a tiny hat not a basket.

There were no bands on it. After doing the videos and it sill hanging around I figured it must be hurt so I went and geared up to catch it to bring it to a wildlife rehab center. As soon as I walked up with leathers and gloves it flew off perfectly fine. I think I even saw it smile and whisper stay gold pony boy as it flew away.
