MITES, What do you use?

What do you use to kill off mites on or around your snake(s):

Black Knight

Provent a Mite

Nix

Benadien

hello

i bath the snake in my bath tub in warm water rubbing them with soap and water and then pillowcase the snakes untill there tank are washed out in the same place with the hot water on full blast cleaning the sides and everything else with hot water and soap repeat 1 every week untill the problem is solved it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks i make sure all the soap and dirt is gone and dryed bofore animal is placed back into its habitat thanks

I use .5% permethrin in a couple forms depending on what is available. Usually Sayers though. Never had a single problem and i pretreat every cage and ALL substrate as preventative maintenance.

I currently use Black Knight.... but I have only needed to use it to "pre-treat".
I treat EVERYTHING before it comes in contact with anything reptile in the house, especially substrate and porous objects from pet stores!
