Lawsuit filed against Ohio Dangerous Animal Act

A federal lawsuit has been filed against the Ohio Dangerous animal act, as described in this Columbus Dispatch Article.

I know Terry and his famliy, bought several snakes from them, and wish them the best, even though I am doubtful that they will succeed.

P.S.: The article is incorrect in regard to the registration requirement for restricted snakes. It doesn't start until 2014.
