Shedding help!!!

my yearling GTP was having a shed cycle right as we were moving which stressed her out to no end and though her whole body shed she has the skin on her head and eyecaps still attached.

I upped her humidity hoping she would rub the shed off and I gave her a week to do so with NO luck. Using a wet Q-tip I gingerly rubbed her head and the skin started to come loose. Getting close to the eyecap I gently tugged on the loose skin after wetting it and freaked when I saw the cap move thinking I almost yanked out her eyeball. I was able to clear the cap from her eye but there is residual skin surrounding it and I am too freaked to do any more to it. I know when my bull snake had a retained cap I popped it off with the edge of my finger but Jade is so delicate still.

I haven't done any damage to the eye itself as far as I can see. It's not bulging or anything like that

I know some keepers use a specific eye drop to help remove eyecaps. and I was wondering if anyone knew what is was called also if anyone had any idea how to help her remove the remaining skin that would be amazing.

I would almost just let her be until her next shed cycle and let it come off then. No need in stressing an already stressed out animal.

Can you take away the perches and everything else (including water) and just put a really damp towel in the bottom that it'll have no choice but to crawl through?

NOTE to anyone trying this method for any snake that's not shedding well: NEVER leave a water dish in the enclosure if you do this. It can get tangled in the towel, find it's way to the water and drown - I've seen it happen with other people's snakes.
