Monitor trust building

This is me and cassie my savannah monitor working with eachother on building trust. Trust with a monitor is probably the hardest things i have to work at. One wrong move and i have to start over again. But by earning her trust We are also building a bond! Its tough but so rewarding. here it is! enjoy.

Re: Monitor trust building

Her reactions and behaviours look so much better Brady. And she is responding well, she seems to be just fine with you right around her.

I still have to be careful with mine when I am feeding not to have any fingers out like that. He gets so excited around food that he will try to grab a hold of one of my fingers if it looks even remotely like its wiggling. He is getting big enough now that it does not feel great either.

Re: Monitor trust building

I linked your clip on a British forum, there was a person who wanted to learn how to get along better with their Bosc.

Looks great as long as your just letting her roam around and not forcing the handling on her she will be just fine in no time!
