Re: todays pics of Harley

the pics of him with the snail on his head... that snail climbed up his leg and managed to evade capture by harley by hiding on his head for about ten minutes. lol it was so funny.. then harley knocked him off with his foot and ate him up real fast...

Re: todays pics of Harley

right after a rain, they come out all over... but i find them along this one stretch of our garden on the rocks, for some reason there are tons of them there.. we got like 20 today alone in a three foot section lol... i also give my kids a prize for whoever brings harley the most worms and snails... they all go into the back yard with their buckets and search high and low... yesterday my daughter won by bringing 5... so it varies by the day... its actually pretty warm here today.. maybe 15 degrees c...

Re: todays pics of Harley

You should write a story to go along with these pics. They're very narrative. Could be a kids book about what happens during the Savannah monitor's day.

Re: todays pics of Harley

Slugs are good too. Harley is around 2 I was told. I'm not sure though as he is new to us. Haven't been able to get him to eat the worms yet. Hopefully one day. Lol. What about those big black beetles. Does anyone know?? I came across a few but skipped them as I wasn't sure if they are ok or not.
