Are analog thermo and humid meters calibratible ?

So I bought thies cheap meters and I feel that they are off by about 8 degrees in the temp meter. The humid meter i have no clue but deff feels humid in thier but when it reads 83 degrees I feel if its more like 75 degrees.

I know thier cheap and not 100% accurate but are the able to be calibrated to get more of a close to accurate reading.

For example my G-SHOCK watch reads 80 degrees when i had a higher wattage out put light on it for testing and the thermo meter reads 75 degrees. I know the g shock is not accurate but with in 4 degrees of the actual air temp.

So as stated befor are thies cheap meters calibratible?
