Re: what's up with the "grams" thing??

Ha! Too funny Brady.

The UK system is really weird, youre right Shaun. Sometimes its imperial, sometimes metric, sometimes just plain old and odd. I had the hardest time with stones, what the hell is a stone?! 14.5 pounds, huh? I kept waiting for someone to come up with a cubit for measurements!

Fine. 0.893 KG

Better?

Also, most people are measuring these snakes with gram scales which you know.. measure in grams.

1 lb = 453.59237 grams. Doesn't convert well does it?

the beauty of metric is you dont have to remember conversions.. 1000g = 1 kg. Kilo = thousand, gram = gram. Kilogram "thousandgram"

Maybe its the science major in me, but I cant stand imperial. That said, i use it every day for weights in the gym because everyone else doesnt get kilograms..

"Hey guys i squatted 150 kilos today!"

"oh thats nice"

"thats 330 lbs"

"WHAT?!"

Whoa. So Jesus himself comes downs and serves you that crap? Timmy's coffee is terrible. I drink it because of convenience but MC Donald's is way better. I really like coffee so I am a pretty good judge.

But we can kill our morons in the states. States is back on top. Not to mention Canada totally brown noses because they need our protection if things ever go south.
