got a few questions....and updates...

WELL, today I fed everyone, or tried to. My big Bp refused food, last ate 1.27.11 I know its not really that big of a deal but now I am stuck with 2 small rats that I have no clue what I'm going to do with...

My pastel is still snippy but getting better, if he strikes at me I give him a small squirt of the water, then pick him up, is this okay to do, or is it mean??? He refused to eat too, bit his belly was pink.... he did have 1 successful shed, and 2 good poops for me though!! And 1 f/t feeding...

My snow corn still hates me lol. But at 4 f/t fuzzies

And albino corn ate for me 3 f/t fuzzies and is nice as can be...

My brb didn't get to eat bc they had no frozen mice in stock, but she is in shed any ways....

Dexter, my beardie is eating like a champ. When can I move him to being able to eat worms and stuff too?? Also what can I do to help his sheds? When can I take him off paper towl and be safe having substrate down??

I put this in General discussion bc all my reptiles are involved... if it needs moved, please do... thanks.

I do this with mine and it always work. Not such a squirt as a real fine light mist.

Yea that is what I meant lol. I do three little mists and he balls up, then I pick him up, after bout 5 min in my hand he will finally warm up to me and start moving.

House the rats separately for a week or so with food and water. if you can't do that or get sick of them put em in a ziplock and throw them in the freezer, then your not the murderer lol.

lol Id couldn't stick them in the freezer if I was you!! (assuming they are live) and if they arent live try live on an animal that has been putting off food it kinda livins up the feeding repsonse. Then you can switch back to frozen thawed!!
I once, ONCE bought live rats and before I even got home I turned around and returned them to the store lol they were just too cute!!!
I wouldn't be feeding an animal more then one prey item, its not very healthy for them to be gorged IMO

Hope your Bp eats for you soon!!

if you dont have any CO2, get a pillow case put them in there and hit the wall. im putting down 4 XL rats right now with CO2. for the first time it was alittle hard but its something you get use to(well i did) need to feed the snakes.
