Hello from NC

I registered here in 2008 but never posted until today. I have been keeping snakes for almost 5 years now, started with Corn snakes and have since added a Blue Beauty, Western Hognose, 2x Northern Pine Snakes (1 albino), and an Amazon Tree Boa (ATB). My daughter also has a Ball Python I assist with. I'd like to breed my Pines when they are old enough and eventually breed ATB's....

Want list:
More ATB's
Emerald Tree Boa
Dominican Red Mountain Boa
Anthill Python
Russian Ratsnake
Black Milksnake
Mussurana
Eastern Indigo
Spilotes Pullatus
Green Bush Ratsnake

Re: Hello from NC

Jenn,
Yhanks for the welcome. Where in MI are you at and where in NC are you moving? I lived in Mt. Clemens, MI (Macomb County) back in the late '80's and am near Goldsboro, NC (Southeast of Raleigh) now.

Re: Hello from NC

A bit farther North then I used to get. There are some pretty good Reptile Shows not too far from Fayettenam...the Repticon's in Columbia, SC (Venomous) and Charlotte, NC. There's also going to be a show (International Carolina Expo) in Myrtle Beach, SC in Sept that looks like it will be good too.

Re: Hello from NC

How do you keep your Spilotes? I don't come across too many others who keep them. I have a 6 or 67 foot female LTC that is doing well for me. She's still in her 3-month quarantine period, but is about ready to come to the main room, and I'm preparing a permanent home for her and am always interested in what works for others.
