we call that a snow

That's a Thamnophis Radix, Midwestern garter snake.

Or as I chose to call them "Snow Radix"

Does it always have a pinkish glow to it or is it from the sunlight?

The pink is the snakes blood. The lack of pigment makes them kinda transparent.

It's sick watching the babies eat, you can see the food through them.
