A heads up for all those looking to book tables for the TARAS Spring show. The show will be held at the Ogden Legion 2675 78th Ave S.E. (Ogden Road) Calgary , AB on April 26th & 27th. Due to substantial increases in costs of venues etc. in Calgary the new table fees will be as follows:
Members $50 each maximum of 3 tables per membership
Non Members $60 each maximum of 3 tables
(business memberships are $25 each yearly)
The above table prices will be in effect until April 5/08. After April 5/08 all tables will be an additional $15 each. Thats $65 each for members & $75 each for non members. No exceptions will be made.
Table bookings will be "closed" as of 9 PM on Thursday April. 24/08. If any tables are available after the bookings are "closed" they will be made available at $100 each. No exceptions will be made.
Bookings for tables will not be confirmed until all tables booked are paid for in full. No exceptions will be made.
Make sure you book your tables in advance. All tables will be "sold" on a first come first served basis. Don't miss out!
Tables are being set aside for the competition, but that deadline is quickly approaching as well. Hope to see a good turn out for this.
