C.B Mozambique Girdled lizard. Two babies so far. $50 ea. If you don't know what this is, you're not alone. A small brown lizard, very secretive, and does not tolerate handling. Males always display a bright orange-red underside and females (larger than males) display a remnant of this colour under the chin. An exhibition animal only, these animals are spectacular in a desert background and for me, offer one of the most unique experiences in seeing live-borne lizards. No egg, just the spitting image of their parents and ready to eat.
