Natural internal worm remedies

Hi there, I just wondered if there was any "natural" internal worm remedies out there.
I know in the "old" day's human's took "wormwood" and ate the leafs, which would expel worms.
Anyone feed their lizards anything as a preventative, or does everyone just take there lizards to the vet's yearly.

Although i have never tried, i heard that pumpkin is a natural worm remedy.
