It's only been a week, nothing to worry about man..
Just leave him be for a couple of days and then try again..

A week is nothing, we're being generous by feeding our snakes weekly. Just leave him alone for a few days and try again.

i heard through the grapevine that this works: take some egg yoke with a q-tip and run i down the back of the mouse...apparently the snakes cant resist the smell of birds...ive yet to try it but i know ppl who have done it....or either that or wait a couple days

boas can just be picky sometimes and not feel like eating. my young male usually never turns a meal down unless hes going to shed but he has before for no reason. very different story with my big female, she is very picky. should eat 4 rats a month which she usually does but many times shell only eat 2 or 3. then there are those poor boas and other snakes owned by people who dont feel like feeding them and they can go any where from months to a year without food.

Like Jake the Snake, that's no way to treat a snake. Baokid's right, better to ask than wait til it's too late. Let us know what happens.
